Hot for the Holidays Awards Showcase

The CTIA Hot for the Holidays Awards Program was created in 2009 to identify and celebrate the hottest mobile consumer electronic products and applications for the holiday season. This year's winners are to be touted as 2011's "must-buy" gifts for people of all ages!

The deadline for entries closed on August 22, 2011.
Nearly 200 entries were received!

Finalists and winners of the ten main award categories have been determined by the official CTIA Hot for the Holidays judges, but you also have the chance to vote for your favorite both online and on-site!

“Hottest Web Pick” Award
The entry that wins the highest number of online votes will be named “Hottest Web Pick.” All accepted entries, that are not embargoed at the launch of the public voting site, are eligible to win.

The onsite CTIA Hot for the Holidays Awards Showcase is an un-manned dynamic, visually compelling and exciting area showcasing all of the physical products submitted to CTIA that meet the program guidelines (not just those of finalists or winners). This self-guided area is designed to allow attendees and media to interact with and test the innovative entries we received.

“Hottest in Show” Award
The entry within the showcase that garners the highest number of on-site text votes will be named “Hottest in Show.”

On-site voting took place October 11-12, 2011.

All winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, October 12 at 2:00PM at the Exhibit Innovations Stage in the San Diego Convention Center.
